1.5 C whole wheat flour 2 T sugar 1.5 t baking powder .5 t baking soda 2.5 T butter 2 large eggs 1.75 C buttermilk
Whisk the dry ingredients together. Melt the butter over low heat and whisk in first the eggs and then the buttermilk. Whisk in the dry ingredients. Cook on medium heat, flipping when numerous bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
